"Love The Pink Flamingos and Penguin Exhibit"

What a great place to bring your friend or family. The pool with its slide is great fun. The flamingo/penguin exhibit is so amazing! I was there with my daughter in June 2005 and she kept wanting to go back to shop in their great gift shop. I have stayed all over Las Vegas, but by far The Flamingo is the cutest! I would go again and again and do recommend it to all, except those who might not like so much pink in their lives......lol The rooms are spacious and reasonable even during high season. This hotel is very convenient to all attractions along the strip.

"Very Satisfied with Flamingo"

Stayed at the Flamingo 6/27-7/1 with 12 year old son. Upgraded to 24th floor with strip view of Caesars and Bellagio upon request. Room clean and well maintained by housekeeping. Pool area--line formed at 7:45 for entry at 8:00. I put shoes and towels on chair and informed the pool clubhouse I would return after getting breakfast. Ate the buffet and restaurant several days--both decent with good service. Pool chair always reserved upon return. Pool bbq sandwiches quite good--enough to share for light lunch. Drinks pricey but expected. Timeshare desk by elevator--let them know you are not interested and they won't hound you. Monorail station easy to access and very efficient way to travel the strip. Overall good value for the price paid.

"A great hotel in a great city!"

Our first visit to Vegas (in Nov/03) - and the Flamingo was perfect; great location in the centre of the strip. We asked for a high room overlooking the Bellagio fountains - they were beautiful at night! The room was huge, and beautifully furnished, and the price was very reasonable. The buffet lunch was great! The gardens/pool area was very nice. And never had to wait for an elevator! We arrived at 8am, and there was no line-up for check-in; they put our bags into storage with no hassle. A great experience all round!

"Unexpected extra vacation time"

Due to a blizzard in Boston on 12/6/03 I was lucky enough to get a room for two nights at the Flamingo. Got a wonderful rate and stayed on the 18th floor. The hotel staff was polite, check-in was easy and the hotel was wonderful. The view was beautiful. It overlooked the pool, penguins, and flamingos. The sunrise over the mountains the next morning was great. Superior location within walking distance to most places. We had, one our trip, stayed at Treasure Island and that was great as well. I'd stay at the Flamingo again. It was a real find.
